      Given the nature of the products we sell, our suppliers do not provide any warranty. The exception is products from the accessories section purchased through this website, which benefit from the warranty provided by the supplier of each brand, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. We aim for you to be fully satisfied with your purchases on our website; however, if you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them in accordance with the applicable legal framework.<\/p>\n

      Romanian legislation in the field of e-commerce and distance contracts (Ordinance no. 130\/31.08.2000, amended by Law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, approving Government Ordinance no. 130\/2000) provides: \u201cThe consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 10 business days of receiving the product.\u201d<\/p>\n

      Thus, you can return any product ordered from our online store within 10 days, without penalties and without being asked for the reason behind your decision. Contract termination must be made in writing. Only products that have not been collected from our premises can be returned under these laws. The only condition is that the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (with the original packaging and accompanying documents). Within a maximum of 30 days from the return date, we will refund the value of your order to your account or via postal money order. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Shipping and insurance costs for the goods will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

      You cannot return a product that has defects caused by you. We ensure that the products on our website reach you in the best possible condition.<\/p>\n

      The following is also stipulated: \u201cThe consumer cannot unilaterally terminate contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or for personally customized products, as well as those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or spoil quickly.\u201d In other words, products customized at the express request of the client cannot be returned. Returns must be made at the client\u2019s expense, using the same shipping service that was used for the original delivery. Returned products must be insured during transport at the client\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n

      If a product other than the one you ordered has been sent to you, you can return it. We will cover all shipping costs and will send you the correct product as soon as we receive the returned package. If the product is no longer in stock, you will be fully refunded, or you will have the option to select other products from our website up to the amount you paid.<\/p>\n

      If you ordered the wrong model, you can return the product for an exchange, provided that both the product and its packaging are unopened and undamaged in any way. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by you.<\/p>\n
