Outside Cluj-Napoca and Cluj County, the delivery time is **48–72 hours**, starting from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.
For deliveries outside Cluj-Napoca and Cluj County, the delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is confirmed.

Products may be delivered either by our own couriers or by specialized courier companies.

Shipping is free for orders over 200 lei. For orders under 200 lei, a shipping fee of 25 lei will be charged.
All costs will appear on the proforma invoice, separately from the cost of the purchased products.
The shipping cost will be partially covered by the buyer, based on the applicable rates, while part of the shipping cost is covered by stefanisaura.ro. Therefore, for packages with a value over 200 RON, the customer will not pay anything for shipping.

The ordered products are delivered nationwide, using the delivery method and timeframe you selected when placing the order. The products are packaged in special packaging and are insured throughout the entire transport until delivery.

In the case of advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery time is calculated from the moment the full amount is received in the account of STEFANI’S AURA SRL.

If you cannot be reached at the agreed date and time for delivery, you will be called at the phone number provided. Otherwise, STEFANI’S AURA SRL will hold the ordered items for 3 business days, during which we will contact you again to complete the delivery. If you cannot be reached again, the order will be canceled.
In special cases (if the ordered products are out of stock or in case of transportation difficulties), we reserve the right to appropriately extend the delivery period.
STEFANI’S AURA SRL reserves the right to refuse orders and/or deliveries from certain customers and/or to certain addresses.
